Appointment time is valuable to us. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event that your physician is delayed by an emergency, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Emergencies

We offer 24-hour emergency care at our offices in Atmore and Monroeville. Prompt first aid following an eye injury can improve the probability of preserving vision. Always seek the care of an eye care professional immediately.

Financial Policy

We participate in most health care plans. If we are participating providers for your insurance company, you will be responsible for your co-pay or deductible at the time of service and we will gladly file your claim for you. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

It is very important that you inform us immediately of any changes in your health insurance coverage. Please bring your card with you to each visit.
